By using SUPERMIND you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short.
1. The service
SUPERMIND provides a free library of prompt templates ("Prompts") that you may copy and use with third-party AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
2. License & ownership
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use, copy and modify the Prompts for your own purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute or republish the Prompts as your own product or dataset. Personas are inspired by publicly documented ideas, frameworks and teachings; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the individuals referenced.
3. AI and professional disclaimer
Prompts are self-improvement and productivity tools inspired by published works. They are NOT medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.
AI outputs are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use them. Never delay seeking professional help because of something an AI told you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY AI OUTPUT PRODUCED WITH OUR PROMPTS.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Prompts to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or that impersonates the referenced individuals to deceive others.
